Waydoo EVO O-Ring Replacement

The Waydoo EVO O-Ring Replacement is a genuine-style replacement sealing ring for the Waydoo Flyer EVO system, available for the mast and battery locations. It is a small maintenance part, but an important one to keep on hand if you regularly assemble, dismantle or transport your eFoil.

Choose the correct option for the part of your EVO that you are servicing. Each O-ring is sold individually, so a quantity of one means you will receive one replacement O-ring rather than a pair or complete seal kit.

Why Replace Your Waydoo EVO O-Ring?

O-rings are designed to provide a close seal at critical connection points. Over time they can become compressed, stretched, nicked or damaged during assembly. When Should I Replace an O-Ring?

We recommend inspecting the seals whenever you assemble or service your EVO. Consider replacement if the existing O-ring is:

• cut, nicked or torn;
• stretched or no longer retaining its original shape;
• flattened or permanently compressed;
• missing from its intended position; or
• not seating cleanly within its groove.

Before fitting a replacement, make sure the seal location and surrounding mating surfaces are clean and free from sand, salt and debris. Fit the O-ring carefully without twisting or pinching it and follow the Waydoo EVO assembly and maintenance guidance for your particular component.
