It is the better choice for boards over 11' and for paddlers who know they regularly clip the rail with the paddle. If you are running an elite race board with especially boxy, thick rails, the RS Pro Race Master SUP Rail Saver gives even more purpose-built coverage. If you are on a smaller surf SUP, the RS Pro Railtape - Xtreme is the better fit.
