Beschreibung

The RS Pro Jumbo Railtape is the rail-protection option for bigger boards where standard rail tape simply does not give enough coverage. If you have a longer touring board, race board or downwind SUP and you want proper protection along more of the rail, this is the one that makes sense.

In the RS Pro range, Jumbo sits above the standard RS Pro SUP Railtape for length and coverage. It is the better choice for boards over 11' and for paddlers who know they regularly clip the rail with the paddle. If you are running an elite race board with especially boxy, thick rails, the RS Pro Race Master SUP Rail Saver gives even more purpose-built coverage. If you are on a smaller surf SUP, the RS Pro Railtape - Xtreme is the better fit.

Why choose the RS Pro Jumbo Railtape?

  • More coverage for longer boards where standard rail tape can feel too short or narrow.
  • Well suited to touring, race and downwind SUPs that spend time around paddles, roof racks and busy launch points.
  • Clear finish keeps the board looking clean rather than heavily modified.
  • Helps protect both day-to-day appearance and long-term resale condition.
  • Designed to be tough without adding unnecessary weight.

Compare it with the standard SUP Railtape, the Race Master SUP Rail Saver and the full Rail Protection collection to make sure you get the right coverage for your board shape.

Who is this really for?

This is the right call for paddlers on longer boards who know a standard rail saver can come up short. Touring, race and downwind boards are the obvious fit.

Can I fit it to a smaller board?

You can, but it is not the neatest choice. On shorter surf-oriented SUPs, the Xtreme version usually makes more sense, and on normal all-round or surf SUPs the standard SUP Railtape is often the tidier option.

Will it spoil the look of the board?

No. The clear finish is specifically designed to keep visual impact low while still giving proper protection.
