Duotone Back Wing Stabilizer PX (OG)
Beschreibung
The "Standard-Bearer" for High-Speed Performance.
The Duotone Stabilizer PX (OG) is the "Original" (screw-on) version of the next-generation PX stabilizer range for 2026. While the "MonoBloc" version integrates the tail and fuselage, the PX (OG) is designed for riders using traditional 3-bolt (3BS) aluminum or carbon fuselages. It replaces the previous P-series (Performance) stabilizers, introducing a subtle yet transformative change in the profile's twist from root to tip.
The "PX" Evolution:
To the naked eye, the PX (OG) looks nearly identical to the older P-series. However, Duotone's R&D team found that by refining the aerodynamic twist along the wingspan, they could significantly improve three key areas: pitch control, maneuverability, and pumping efficiency. The PX (OG) is now the "sporty" standard for the Free 2.0 and Carve 3.0 ranges.
Why choose the "OG" over the MonoBloc?
-
Modularity: The OG allows you to use your existing fuselages.
-
Tuning: You can still use shims (angle spacers) with the PX (OG) to fine-tune the nose-up/nose-down pitch of your board to suit your specific stance or wing size.
Expert Verdict: If you are riding the larger Free 2.0 front wings or are a rider over 85kg, the PX (OG) in 225 or 260 is your go-to. It provides the "ballast" and stability you need for easy take-offs, but the new 2026 profile ensures it doesn't feel like you're dragging an anchor in the turns.
