Duotone Aero Carve 2.0 D/LAB Foil Front Wing

The Duotone AERO CARVE 2.0 D/Lab – the pinnacle of foiling innovation from Duotone. Crafted with precision engineering and cutting-edge technology, these carbon front foil wings are Duotone's most advanced wings ever.

One of the key innovations, is the fusion of the front wing and the front half of the fuselage. In seamlessly integrating these two components, Duotone has eliminated any compromise between front wing and fuselage mounting. This results in marked improvements in hydrodynamic performance by not only making for a smooth transition but also cleaning up surfaces of the front wing as there is not need for bolt fixings. This reduces drag, keeps weight to a minimum and improves structural rigidity.

On the water, the Carve 2.0 D/Lab boasts remarkable performance gains achieving higher speed and more effortless roll, enabling riders to execute heel-side to toe-side turns with newfound smoothness and flow. While the thinner profile towards the wingtips and higher aspect ratio further contribute to top-end speed and exceptional gliding and pumping capabilities, setting it apart from previous models Carve models (under the Fanatic brand).

This new Carve 2.0 Duotone's D/Lab range introduces two smaller sizes, the 650 and 500, while omitting the larger 1430 found in the outgoing Fanatic SLS range. To complete your D/Lab glider setup, you have the option to choose from two carbon tail lengths, 37cm and 43cm. These give a total overall length that perfectly aligns with Duotones 60cm and 66cm AL 3BS fuselages. This flexibility allows you to tailor your foiling set up; for a more responsive playful feel or greater control at high speeds.

Please note that the Duotone Fuselage Aero Tail is not included and should be ordered separately. The Carve 2.0 D/Lab front wing and aero tail section is compatible with Duotone SLS mast and D/LAB masts (except Daytona), as well as previous generation Fanatic Carbon masts.
